From Bhiwani to the tea belts of Assam
Shri Bhagwan Das Agarwal migrated from Bhiwani, Haryana to Assam in the early 1950s and founded Aluminum Industries Pvt. Ltd. — one of India’s early tea-machinery manufacturing companies — serving estates across Assam, West Bengal, South India and international markets.

Vaibhav Tea Company is born
Late Shri Ashok Kumar Agarwal pioneered the Bought Leaf Factory (BLF) model in Tinsukia in the mid-1990s, empowering local Small Tea Growers. VTC was established in 1997 and today stands as a respected name in the Assam tea industry.
